Jardim da Universidade dos Açores

Jardim da Universidade dos Açores: Com cerca de 1,5 hectares, este jardim pertence à Universidade dos Açores desde 1976, data da sua fundação. Foi mandado construir para ser o parque privativo do palacete mandado edificar, nos finais do século XIX, pelo 2º Visconde de Porto Formoso. Entre outros aspetos, o Jardim do Campus Universitário de Ponta Delgada, proporciona a realização de atividades científicas e até o acolhimento de eventos sociais.

Garden of the University of the Azores: With about 1.5 hectares, this garden belongs to the University of the Azores since 1976, date of its foundation. It was built to be the private park of the palace built in the late 19th century, by the 2nd Viscount of Porto Formoso. Among other things, the University Campus Garden of Ponta Delgada, provides the ability to perform scientific activities and even host social events.
